Delivery Options and Delivery Attempts

With all deliveries through our carriers, we offer multiple delivery options. These options are offered by DPD, UPS, and Fedex. The specific delivery options will be communicated by the carrier once your package is shipped. In addition to standard home delivery, this allows you to choose between:

• Delivery to a safe place at your home
• Pickup at a collection point

Delivery attempts depend on the carrier selected:

• DPD: One delivery attempt. If the delivery is not successful, the package will be taken to a DPD collection point. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to BergHOFF Worldwide.
  
  
• UPS: Three delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be taken to a UPS Access Point for pickup. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will bereturned to BergHOFF Worldwide.
  
  
• Fedex: Two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be taken to a Fedex collection point, where it can be picked up within the specified time. After that, the package will be returned to BergHOFF Worldwide.
