Return Shipping Costs

If the items you wish to return are used, damaged, or incomplete outside of warranty, your return request will not be valid. If you hesitate, please check with out customer service team up front, they will try to help you in the best way possible.

The return shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the package.

Our customer service team will send you a return label, along with instructions via mail as soon as possible. 

Once we have received your return, we will process it and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. This may take up to 15 business days, depending on the payment method you used for the purchase. 

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
