Return Policy
Customers can always return their BergHOFF Home order (or part of it), which must happen within 30 days of receipt.
- Conditions for valid returns
If you wish to return your order, or part of it, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused;
- Returned in the original packaging;
- Returned within 30 days of receipt;
- Purchased via our webshop (www.berghoff-home.com).
If the items you wish to return are used, damaged, or incomplete, your return request will not be valid. If you hesitate, please check with out customer service team up front, they will try to help you in the best way possible.
- How to return your order (or part of it)
Please get in touch with our customer service team ([email protected]) and include the following info:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for your return
- The items you want to return (including quantity and reference code)
Our customer service team will send you a return label, along with instructions via mail as soon as possible.
Once we have received your return, we will process it and initiate the refund process as soon as possible. This may take up to 15 business days, depending on the payment method you used for the purchase.
The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Did we make a mistake, such as sending the wrong items?
In that case, you will be reimbursed for all costs accordingly.
